LIFESTYLE
Most people have one main social media platform that they invest in, but for me I have two- tumblr and this blog. We are multidimensional human beings who reveal different aspects of ourselves to our family, friends, colleagues, strangers, and the internet. How we behave is influenced by the environment we are in, so these two different blogging environments display the different dimensions of who I am.
So, what's the difference between the two? Well, tumblr was my first exposure to the blogging realm during my freshman year of high school and I fell in love. I loved how I was able to express myself through reblogged images or music that I fancied during that moment in time. But most of all, I loved how I had the ability to write and share my story or the story that I hoped for. If you're ever interested in the thoughts that lay in the crevice of my mind or to simply know the personal side of who I am, then tumblr would be the place to go. As for this blog, I'd like to call it my virtual scrapbook composed of my latest trips, my grandest milestones, and things that I've been enjoying. Would I ever intertwine all these different aspects into one main platform? Though it sounds like a good idea, I personally cannot see that happening. But hey, life is so ever changing that maybe in the far off future that could be a possibility.
Thank you for stopping by, until next time!
